If everyone loves steelies, maybe I'll just ditch the hubcaps and paint the steelies that live under the caps on the Montego.
What say you OPPO? Steelies for the Montego?

I'm not sure. The dog-dishes are period and versatile, but also slightly cornball. OTOH, I don't think the steelies underneath have much in the way of a pattern to stand out/set off the tires that well, unlike say a Jag XKSS.

I'll have to pop them off and get a pic at some point and we can re-do the vote. The hubcaps aren't staying on either way. Eventually a wheel tire upgrade will remove them. Just about whether I keep steelies or not.
They might be too skinny in the rear for my final tire choice though so those would need an upgrade anyhow.
